After extensive research into the mobile phone industry we have found that most customers’ needs are often out weighed by sales people’s targets. This is influenced by either a manager trying to achieve company targets or just wanting the maximum commission available.

As we are aware that this is the way of the world, we at my tariff generator feel that it’s about time the customer’s needs are met and are more important than how a sales person spends their commission. Because of this we feel that customers don’t trust sales people. So this is our way of giving something back to you, to make sure you are happy. Not only by giving you a service to tell you what package you need, but also offer the same facility to check your tariff all year round.

Remember you can change your tariff up at any point of your contract term, but you can only change your tariff down after 6 months with most of the networks. This is to stop customers going into the shop picking the most expensive phone on the highest tariff, which will result in the phone being cheaper or free.

You can use this site simply, to check that your tariff is the most cost effective for you at any point during your agreement or even to order a new contract or upgrade your existing phone.

How easy is it?
